All our training modules philosophies and methodologies trace their roots back to tried and tested exercises and routines handed down through centuries by various Masters of Martial arts enabling internal balance.

This balance and vitality goes a long way in training our body and mind not just to handle external challenges be it an actual physical attack or pushing your limits at work or in your respective hobbies, but also has proven to be an excellent self healer from within. This self healing and vitality also helps the individual to cope-up with the current lifestyle diseases and pressures also.
 
The training modules have been curated based on these forms and techniques to cater to overall wellbeing as our main objective.

Curation

We have based our exercises on the ancient martial art of Karate, which in turn trace its roots way back to the 2000 year old Chinese Shaolin Martial Arts. Shaoilin Martial Arts trace their roots back to the ancient Indian Martial Art of Kalaripayatu from Kerala

Legend has it that the founder of Kalari was Lord Parshuram. He established this art form in Kerala along with Rishi Agastya, who is also the forefather of Ayurveda The oldest reference to their techniques is found in the Rigveda and Atharvaveda. In Rigveda it is mentioned that Lord Indra defeated the Vritasura using one of the marmam techniques of Kalari.

Karate, by far is one of the most balanced form of martial arts and its exercises focus on developing our minds, core strength and specific muscle groups to help us improve our overall well-being. The basic movements all have its origins in specific hip and core movements which form the most important aspect of training. The stances and movements are not just unidirectional but ensures proper 360 degree movements to develop flexibility, agility, balance and power all originating from the core.
